PASSPORT RESTRICTION

The Berlin correspondent' of the"Daily Telegraph" says that, in connection with the intensification of the anti-semitic campaign, Jews are to be deprived of passports, precluding their departure from Germany unless they possess an official declaration, that they have important business abroad. All returning migrants automatically pass through concentration icamps. All Jewish-owned hotels! have been closed in Upper Silesia. ! • The Berlin correspondent <jf the "News' Chronicle" says that the Government is notifying Jewish landlorfls that it wishes 'to acquire their property, usually at half its real value; in default it will be confiscated.
