SCREEN "PROPS" GIVEN AWAY.
» The children at the Vista Del Mar Orphanage,. Hollywood, have had a lot of pleasure as the result of Fred Astaire's latest RKO-Radio Pictures' "A Damsel in Distress." One of Astaire's dance routines with George Burns and Gracie , Allen occurs in, a large'fun •house, and the set included all of the gadgets found in such a place, slides, chute-thej-chutes, rolling barrels, distorted mirrors, revolving floor wheels, etc. When work on the set was concluded, a circular slide was sent to the orphanage with the, .'compliments of RKO-Radio, and, is now a permanent piece of/play equipment in the recreation yard. '■
