The Cairo correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph" says.- that in planning the first Budget .since the Montreux Convention restored fiscal liberty to Egypt, the Finance Minister, Sidky Pasha, states that foreign interests will be equitably safeguarded. Qualified representatives of foreign communities will be given an opportunity to sub« mit their views.
