"Boycotte Belle, 1938," or what the smart woman will look like if she does not wear clothes made from Japanese silk, will be a, feature at an exclusive fashion parade arranged by the wife of Mr. Gifford Pinchot, former Governor of Pennsylvania.
1 Society debutantes in rayon hose will, parade in wool and cotton clothes, from office apparel to evening gowns. The affair is sponsored by the League of Women Shoppers.
