HOPES FOR VICTORY
LONDON, January 24. , A message from Chungking states that, in presenting his credentials, the new Soviet Ambassador to China, M. Orclsky, said he was the proud bearer of a message of the Soviet's utmost sympathy to China, whom he hoped would be victorious in the struggle for existence and independence.
