BOY SCOUTS' DANCE
Gaily-coloured paper streamers were used to decorate the Kelburn Kiosk on Wednesday, when the Wellington North Boy Scouts' District Court of Honour held a dance to celebrate the King's Birthday. There was a large attendance of young people, who danced till a Inte hour to the. music of an energetic orchestra, which was kept busy responding. to encores. Novelty dances were held and caused much amusement, the "Statue"] dance in particular being much enjoyed.
Supper was set out r on: the little tables on the wide glassed-in .verandah, from where an enchanting view" of the harbour with its reflected lights was obtained. : ■' :
