The "Star"' understands that the case in which Mr. Ernest Simpson, former husband of '-he Duchess of Windsor, was proceeding against Mrs. Arthur Sutherland, wife of Lieut-Col. A. H. C. Sutherland, alleging slander, has been settled. The case will be "mentioned" in Court tomorrow.
