WOMEN'S NATIONAL RESERVE

The Wadestown branch of the Women's National Reserve held a successful bridge party in the Parish Hall recently in aid of the Residential Nursery.

The president, Mrs. Otway, thanked all those who came along to give their support to this worthy cause. She referred especially to those who arranged tables, among whom were Mesdames W. McKenzie, H. D. Thompson, R. J. Booth, E. Johnston. Grainger, Crick, Doctor, Qua'intrell, Wright, HarleyBrown, Mace, Stewart, Plaync, G. Withers, Gwynne, and Misses L. Hall, Davy, and Banks.

Prizes were donated, and were won by Mrs. Green and Miss Hall.
