Reay Mackay. presided, details of the parent association, formed with headquarters in Edinburgh in 1806, were :discissed. and it was ..decided to proceed with the formation of a branch in the Wellington district. A committee was set up to prepare a constitution for submission to a general meeting. Mr. Angus Mackay-was appointed secretary.
