A fairly large King's Birthday crowd attended the opening of the Napier Park Racing Club's Winter Meeting today. The weather was fine, the course in splendid condition, and a good day's sport was provided. Totalisator investments were £6728,, against £4773 10s a year ago, an increase of £1954 10s.
