LIQUID FUEL FROM COAL

TOKIO, June 8.
The production of liquid fuel from coal in commercial quantities, will begin shortly under a process invented at the Japanese naval fuel depot at Tokuyama, according to Mr. Matsuoka, president of the South Manchuria Railway, who is conferring with representatives of the Japanese Admiralty.
