BROKEN TRAFFIC RULES

Prosecutions for motoring offences were dealt with by Mr. E. D. Mosley, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court yesterday. Sub-Inspector C. E. Roach prosecuted.

For parking offences Nora Helen Buxton, William Joseph Pyrtle Howe, James Grimes Proudfoot, William Johnston Reid, Colin Drake Truebridge were each fined 10s and costs.

For driving without due care and attention, Maurice Charles Aldridge, Thomas Eastwood Jackson, John Tho.mpson Larnach were each fined 20s and costs.

Driving with insufficient lights cost John Archibald McGregor' and John Aubrey White 5s and costs each.

For a breach of the right-hand rule. William Henry Cruickshank was fined 10s and costs.

Jack. Garnett Scaife was fined 10s and costs for not observing a traffic signal.

Victor Leonard Daniel pleaded guilty to a charge of driving in a manner which might have been dangerous. He was fined £3 and costs 19s and his licence was suspended until September 30, 1937. . •

For driving a lorry with a load (steel rods) overhanging Bft 4in from the end of the lorry, Charles Henry Symes was fined 20s and costs.
