MELBOURNE, June 8.

The committee of the Melbourne Stock Exchange announces that William Cooper Ward, A. Keith Ward, and Roy. C. Curwen have ceased to be members of the Stock Exchange.

The affairs of the Ward Company, sharebrokers,' are now being investigated. The amount involved in the collapse of that firm is not yet known.
