DUNEDIN, This Day.
Interviewed regarding the health insurance scheme, Dr. D. G. McMillan, M.P., chairman of the Government's special committee, stated that the committee's report had not been considered either by Cabinet or the party, so that no authoritative statement could be made.
"Those responsible for schemes of finance will be interested in the statement made on behalf of the profession that they, consider a capitation fee of £1 to be'so per cent, too high," he said. "During the last few months one has met practically all the North Island
