JEAN HARLOW'S FUNERALD

(Received June 9, 11 a.m.)

HOLLYWOOD, June 8.

The funeral of the . actress Je?T. Harlow tomorrow will be a simple, private ceremtay attended by only relatives and a few of her closest friends, owing to the desire of her mother and step-father to forestall'demonstrations by great throngs of curious people such as were seen at the funeral of Rudolph Valentino, when the body lay in state and the train carrying it across the continent was received at various stations by crowds. Miss Harlow's estate is estimated to be 1,000.000 dollars, mostly in insurance policies and annuities. Her ! mother is expected to be the principal heir.
