(Received June 8, 9.45 a.m.) BERLIN, June 7. The Prime Minister of Italy, Signor Mussolini, and the Foreign Minister, Count Ciano, are the first recipients of the Grand Cross of the German Eagle, which Herr Hitler recently created and is reserved for foreigners whom he desires to honour.
