ROAD ACCIDENTS
BLOOD TESTS IN GERMANY

BERLIN, June 6.
"Being drunk in charge of a pair of boots" will be a crime in Germany soon, under a police decree ordering blood tests not only for motorists involved in accidents, but for pedestrians and cyclists. People who are proved to be under the influence of alcohol will remain under arrest until they are tried.
