A maniacal head-hunter, Kalinga Boli, hacked two children to death today, bringing the total he had killed to 13. Terror reigned in Cagayan Province because he had vowed to kill 24 before he surrendered to the' tribal chief. He became desperate when he was convinced that his wife was unfaithful and ran amuck with a group of tribesmen.
