LONDON, June 4.

"The leadership of the nations is vacant. Let the British Empire take it. No other nation would be as welcome to the democracies throughout the world," declared Mr. D. Lloyd George, M.P., in a broadcast to the Empire. He urged the necessity for British foreign policy being preconcerted assistance to the Dominions.
