INCREASES OF CAPITAL.
Companies increasing their capital are reported by the "Mercantile Gazette" as follows:— Silknit (N.Z.), Ltd., capital increased from £25,000 to £50,000 by creation of 25,000 shares of £1. Atlas Loan and Finance, Ltd., Wellington, capital increased by £400 beyond the registered capital of £400, making,the capital £800. Farnham Forests, Ltd., Wellington, capital increased by the addition of £750 beyond the registered capital of £3000.
Eggs were quoted on the Wellington wholesale market today at 2s 2d a dozen for B grade, 2s 4d for first grade, and 2s 7d for-specials.
