The Acting Prime Minister and Minister of Education (the Hon. P. Fraser) will arrive in Wanganui on Sunday night, and on Monday will deal with matters to be brought before him by the Wanganui Girls' College Board and the Wanganui ■ Technical College. Mr. Justice Reed returned to Wellington last evening from Palmerston North.
