SYDNEY, This Day.
A message from Rabaul states that it has now b'eem found that the harbour opening is not completely block : cd. The small motor-vessel Desikoko forced a way from the harbour through floating pumice. The Administrator has reported to Canberra that the'situation at Rabaul is much easier.
