ENGLISH VICAR TO OFFICIATE
MONTS BEDECKED

I A message from Tours reports that thousands of people are flocking into I Monts; which is gaily bedecked, for the wedding of the Duke of Windsor and Mrs. Warfield tomorrow. The, neighbouring countryside is hoping to see the Duke and his bride depart, but the police are being strongly reinforced, and the streets. within a mile of the Chateau de Cande'wlll be closed an hour before the ceremony, and possibly earlier. , Five newspaper correspondentSi three being American, one French, and one British, will be permitted to attend, and also three photographers, one from each of the three countries. One newsreel man will also be present, but he will not be allowed to film the actual ceremony. A silent film will be taken afterwards in the garden. Mr. Herman Rogers announces that a religious ceremony to follow the civil one will be performed at noon by the Rev. Anderson Jardine,vicar of St. Paul's Church, Darlington, Durham.
