TRIAL AT GREYMOUTH

There was only , one criminal case, Maurice Moore, aged 65, beingcharged with wilfully damaging by explosives a house valued at £300. :, The jury, after a four-hour, retirement, announced a disagreement- and - a new trial was ordered for tomorrow, on the application.of the Crown Prose-j cutor. Bail'of £200 and.two sureties of £100 was allowed; , - .
