In reviewing the activities of Imperial Chemical Industries during the past decade, Lord McGowan, chairman, reminded shareholders at their recent meeting .that it had been formed tomerging the interests of the British Dyestuffs Corporation, Limited, Messrs. Brunner, Mond,' and Company, Limited, Nobel Industries, Limited, and tho United Alkali Company, Limited. Since that time some 40 other companies of varying magnitude and interest engaged in cognate industries had rbeen amalgamated with 1.C.1.
