To encircle the globe with Empire air services—this constitutes the first Imperial/ Conference decision, which the Auslra :an Associated Press agency's political writer learns has been drafted by ths Civil Air Communications Committee, the first committee to conclude its work in readiness for adoption by the plenary, conference. The decision involves all the Dominions and colonies, who will contribute towards the acquisition of landing-grounds, throughout the Empire. This resolve to expand and ex-. pedite the Empire services is * sequel to rapid and wide-scale development of foreign lines in Empire territories and in their neighbour* hood.
