An order for the restitution of conjugal rights was made in favour of William Carter (Mr. N. T. Gillespic) against Nellie May. Carter.
A decree nisi of nullity on the ground of the alleged prior marriage of the respondent was granted to * Henry Michael Albert (Mr. A. M. Haldane) against Vine Albert. The hearing of petitions for decrees nisi is proceeding.
