•Prosecutions under the Motor Vehicle Regulations were dealt with by Mr. E. D. Mosley. S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today. Sub-Inspector C. E. Roach prosecuted. For dangerous driving John Leonard Ashwood Friar, was fined £5 and costs and his licence.was cancelled for fourteen days. ' '

Alfred George Wood was fined 20s and costs for 'failing to give way to right-hand traffic. Walter Ivan Eagle and Russell James Lewis Hayston were each fined 30s and costs for a similar offence.

For having insufficient lights Ferguson Brough Mason, William Herbert Gribble, Be'/ lard Tully, arid Rose Algar were each fined 5s and costs, Charles Mantell 10s and costs, and Robert Lee Foster 15s and costs. ~
