United Press Association—By Eloclrlc ! ■, Telegraph—Copyright. (Received June 1, 9 a.m.) LONDON,' May 3.1. The Prague correspondent of the "Daily Herald" says that Herr Hitler has been alarmed by a secret memorandum from German industrial-leaders expressing dissatisfaction with the present conditions and grave fears for the future. The memorandum, which urges a reduction in taxes and a more conciliatory foreign policy, declares: "At least 50 per cent, of Germans are living on money derived directly or indirectly from the Government.
