SHOOTING AT WANGANUI

(Special to the "Evening Post") WANGANUI, May 30. Two important West Coast shooting trophies, the Bushy Park Cup (senior) and the J. Farley Cup (junior) were competed for at Wanganui recently. The largest entry (75) ever received competed at Putiki, and entrants came from! Patea, Turakina, Bulls, Marlon, Wanganui, Cheltenham, Wairekcl, and Ashhurst. The Bushy Park Cup for A teams was won by Wanganui No. 2 loam (475), with Bulls second with 474. the Farley Cup (junior) was won by Cheltenham No. 2 (467). the second place going to Ashhurst No. 1 (465). The

highest individual score was that; of Rifleman IT. Meads, with 0!) out of a possible 100.
