ISSUE OF NEW SHARES
N.Z. BREWERIES, LTD
The directors of New Zealand Breweries, Limited, have decided on a new issue of 546,135 ordinary shares of £1 each. These shares have been offered to the existing shareholders of the company at a premium of 5s each in the proportion of one new share for every two shares held on May 29, 1937. The terms of the new issue are: 10s per share on acceptance of offer (of which 5s per share shall be in payment of the premium) and the balance of 15s per share on or before October 1, 1937.
Acceptance of offer of shares must reach the company's office not later than June 30, 1937.
