TRIBUTE OF YOUTH

The several Wellington Colleges, both boys and girls, will participate in the general act of homage to the late King George V to be paid on his birthday, June 3. In the various college grounds special ceremonials will be held when the scholars will be addressed by the headmasters and headmistresses. This will be followed by each scholar planting a flag ir^ a special plot at the college in memory of the King.

Later in the day twenty-five pupils from each college will attend the grass plot at the corner of Lambton Quay and Molesworth Street to plant therein the college flags. Some schools will attend at the Lambton Quay plot at the' luncheon, interval, others at the end of the school day.
