BRITISH COLUMBIA MINES VANCOUVER, May 26. Mr. John L. Lewis's Committee for Industrial Organisation has penetrated to British Columbia, where 500 men have struck in two goldmines, demanding recognition ,of the C.1.0. union and a wage increase.
