"While cycling downhill on the Great North Road on his way to work this morning, Thomas Alban Tohill, aged ! 18, a boot operative, residing at New I Lynn, collided with a stationary motor - j truck which contained scrap iron and ! ploughs. One of the handles of a plough pierced the lad's head and he was killed instantly. There were no i witnesses of the accident.
