RESISTING ARREST
Charged with drunkenness and with resisting Constable J. McConachy, Her- ; bert Maurice Flynn, a storeman, 'aged 4 41 and Joseph Mortimer Quinn, a labourer, aged 40, appeared before Mr. , J. H. Luxford in the Magistrate's Court j today. They were convicted and dis- ' charged for drunkenness, and fined £S each on the resisting charge.
