INVESTIGATION URGED

DANNEVIRKE, This Day.

A remit calling for an investigation into, the present system of Government valuation of land, with the object, of bringing about a more equitable adjustment as between improved and unimproved value, was brought before the interprovincial Farmers' ■' Union conference ,at Dannevirke yesterday. It was decided to forward the remit to the Dominion executive with the suggestion- that it be referred to an expert committee for investigation and report. •
