DISCOVERY ON ROADSIDE

WHAKATANE. May 26.

A man, aged about 25, ; was found dead in a car on the roadside hear the junction of the Tarawera and Whaka-tane-Rotorua road. A motorist coming to Whakatane last night noticed the car on the roadside, and when he: was returning to Rotorua this morning he stopped to investigate and' found a dead body on the back seat. The police were notified and went to the scene.
