RUGBY GREETINGS

On behalf of the Rugby players of the Dominion the New Zealand Rugby Union, in a telegraphed message to vthe manager of the English Association football team at Auckland, extended a hearty welcome to the ■ touring side, with wishes for a very pleasant tour. A. reply has been received from the manager (Mr. Wreford Brown) as follows- "Your greetings much appreciated. ' We-hope to emulate in this country your doings in the Old."
