DISPUTE SETTLED

Since the five-day, hearing of the case in which there was a claim for rescission of a contract for the purchase of shares in the Majestic Theatre (Wellington), Ltd., the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement. The case was heard in .the Supreme. Court before the Chief Justice (Sir. Michael Myers). The plaintiff was the Masterton Picture and Entertainment Co., Ltd., and the defendant William Robert Kemball, company, director. Mr. G. G. G,jWatson and Mr.'H. J.V. James appeared for the plaintiff company,' and Mr. A. B. Sievwright and-Mr. W. H. Heine for the defendant.
