Dix, 4 and. 3; Miss Daly^lost to Mrs. Mumford, 2 down; : Miss Olphert^beat Mrs. A. Jones, 7- and 6; Mrs. Wright beat Miss U. Jones, 6 and 5; Miss Hardcastle lost to Miss Murray, 4..and^2, Miss M. Dix lost-to Miss-Sullivan,'l down; Lovelpck-lost to Mariders, 5 and 3; Hamer beat T. Goss, 4 and 3; Mudgway beat W. E.. Jones; 5 and.3; McKinley beat Burns, 2 up; Prince and Darby, all square; Gearing anoVJ. W. Jones, all square; Wright Beat Tasker. 5 and 4; Morgan beat O'Connell,-4 and 3. Norman Tuller and G. B. Ward also tried out the. course. The flag;competition on Sunday, was won by Miss Hardcastle (32), who planted the flag.on the; seventeenth green, and the men's .section by S.
