Murray (4) were next with 3'down. . • : On Sunday morning; a large number of members participated in the medal round for the secretary's trophy. J. E. Hanratty headed the list with 81, 16 —65, and F. Smith,. .81, 14—67, was next Hanratty is.now 14 and Smith 13. Other cards/ were: : W. Gollop, 80, 10—70, arid-A. Smith, 83,- 12—71: In the afternoon a Stableford competition was played^ which resulted in a tie between A. Gollop and F. McNeil, both 30, full points. In the: count-back A. Gollop won. :
