As a gesture 'of disapproval of the exhibition of the two wrestlers Kirilinko and .Mclntyre in the Town Hall, a waterside worker hurled a bag of peanut shells from the dress circle to the canvas, causing inconvenience to the wrestlers, according to the police ma statement in court. The dissatisfied patron, James Charles Mort. pleaded ■ guilty to''behaving in a disorderly manner in a public r-iace o f entertainment and was convicted. His offence cost him 5s Gd in costs. When informed that patrons becams rowdy ■>yhen, the .wrestlers failed to give a"■satisfactory exhibition, •'■ ■ the Magistrate (Mr.i H.; W. Euhdle). issued a warning" tiiat^si; substantial 'penalty would be imposed on future offenders brought before- him. If there is a good match they are very quiet.
