AUSTRALIAN CUP TEAM
FOREST HILLS, May 22.
Favoured for the first time by ideal tennis weather, the Australian Davis Cup players indulged'in a strenuous work-out'at Forest Hills, followed by an exhibition match on the clubhouse court, in which J. H. Crawford and A. K. Quist defeated J., Bromwich (Australia) and V. Richards (U.5.A.),. 6-0, 6-3. There was much excited comment on the style of Bromwich, who was in his best form. -- . , V. B.
