MRS. PUTNAM'S PLANE
WOULD FLIGHT SOON
NEW YORK, May 22. A message from Tucson,' Arizona, states that fire damaged slightly one motor of Mrs. Amelia Earhart Putnam's rebuilt aeroplane a moment after it landed following a test flight. Quick repairs were executed to permit her to return to Los Angeles during the day. She said she plans to restart' her world flight as.soon as possible.
