The Nelson provincial ladies' golf tournament commenced' yesterday in difficult weather conditions, the rain resulting in only one qualifying round being played. The weather improved today, however, and good progress was made. The following qualified for the championship,- and Tasman handicap competition:— CHAMPIONSHIP.
