POLICY. IN SPAIN
USE OF TROOPS
[United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Received April 12, 11.45 a.m.) LONDON, April 11. The Geneva correspondent of the "Manchester Guardian" says that according to information from an authoritative source in Rome there are serious differences between |Sipnor Mussolini and the Italian j military authorities about Italian intervention in Spain. The army authorities are reported to have expressed the opinion that the present 'situation cannot continue,/ saying 1 that Italy should either withdraw jher troops now in Spain or wilhj draw from the Non-Intervention Committee and openly send to Spain I a large expeditionary force capable :of securing rapid victory over the | Spanish Government. It appears to !be likely that Signor Mussolini will I have to adopt one of these courses.
