In a light northerly breeze,the Evans Bay Yacht and Motor-boat Club-held its last races of the season on Saturday. There Were five races for centreboarders and one for keelers.. Results were:— ■ . -.'■■.
12ft 6in Class' Handicap.—Damfino I (7min), lr Vampire (scr) and Riptide (30sec), dead heat, 2. Winner's .time, 52m 50s; second boats,, 47m 27s and 47m 57s respectively. Fastest time: Vampire. Also started.. Damfino 11, Resolute, and Pegaway. ■ ■■.-•-.

Boys' Cup (Tauranga Class)j—Scamp, 1; Weka, 2;- Maureen, 3. Winner's time: 58m 30s; second boat, 60m 9s. Taubman Cup (Tauranga Class).— Scamp, 1; Weka, 2; Maureen, 3, Winner's time, 38m 10s; second boat, 40m Is; third boat, 42m 50s. Also started: Silvafros. , ■ ■ ■ 14ft Handicap.—ldono (3mm), 1; Ariki (scr), 2; Southern Maid (3Jmin), 13. Winner's time: lh 54m 11s;-second boat, lh 54m 13s; third boat 2; 2m 545. Fastest time, Ariki. .' Lauchlan's Jewel did not finish. V .: ,; Rawe'he, , from scratch, won the Holmes Trophy for keelers comfortably, finishing-• more than twenty minutes ahead of the other scratch boat, Maranui, with Muritai and Irex well back. • .
