20.000 FOR FAR EAST
(Received April 12,-^1.15 p.m.) MOSCOW, April 11. , : The Soviet is sending-20,000 girls to the Far Eastern territories with a view to" eliminating the predominance of males there. The first;contingent will depart from Moscow for Vladivostock on April 15. Many girls will be given posts in the army and navy and hi the border guard. ■ ■ ■
