BANGKOK; April 9.

Japan may seize Hong Kong, Siam, and Singapore in the event of a European war, said the Defence Minister, Colonel Luang Bipul, Songgram, ;in the course of a broadcast advocating a -stronger ■•/Siam. He added that Japan's plan would - probably involve, after the seizure of Siam, a southward advance to take Singapore in the rear, which would be easy. Siam, if she was unable to stem the onset, might' be crushed between the opposing parties.
