CORONATION MEDAL

GOLD, SILVER, AND BRONZE

DUNEDIN, This Day.
The distribution of the Coronation Medal in New Zealand will be undertaken by the Post Office, states the Postmaster-General (the Hon. F. Jones). .The medal .will show, the King's head on the obverse and the Queen's on the reverse.
The Royal Mint will issue the medal in two sizes; the larger in fine silver, 2Jin in diameter, and costing a guinea, and the" smaller liin in diameter and cosjfcing'3s in silver and Is 3d in bronze. A small advance supply is due hv New Zealand in mid-April. v The Minister .also -stated: that the Royal Mint will , sell ji specimen in gold at 50'• guineas for.the larger size and 12 guineas for the smaller.
